Well everyone, I have officially graduated from the Denver Publishing Institute! Woo! *confetti canon* So what does this mean for me and the blog.
Me
I’m currently on the job hunt, I’ve applied to a few remote internships and am hoping to hear back from them, I also have my eye on a full time job. I’m planning to do some informational interviews sometime in the next couple months. Basically I’m trying to optimize my position and recent grad status to get me on my career path. I’ll still be reading during that time so….
The Blog
I do plan on keeping the blog going. I only read a sing graphic novel during school (aside from assigned reading and only one of those books can be put up here since it is fully published) and I feel like it’s gonna be a little rough getting some more books read in the foreseeable future. I’m currently reading two books, half way through one, and I hope to have that blog post ready by then end of next week. That being said, because I was in a slump in May and June, I didn’t read a whole lot and the amount of posts in the queue are few. The once a week model is going to continue until I get back into the swing of things. I have a lot of books that I want (and need) to read so hopefully I’ll be able to read a bunch of those in August and September and get things back on track.
