Hey guys, I’m coming at you with another monthly check in. I hope you’re staying as safe as you can and that you’re continuing to social distance in order to help keep people safe. I know this is a weird and frustrating time, but we really have to do all that we can to make sure we beat this thing.
I’m an at risk person so I’m being allowed to stay home through May at one of my jobs, and thankfully my other job is staying closed until June. They’re prioritizing public health and safety over profit and I respect them so much for that. I do have to do some work at home, but it’s a small price to pay that I would be willing to pay ten times over.
I really do hope that you’re all getting the proper care and support you need from your employers and that if you are sadly without a job, that that changes as soon as possible.
